Finding a business partner
Going it alone is not always an option in a new market, and finding the right business partner is very important. This could be a joint shareholder, a local distributor or representative agent, or it may otherwise be preferable to acquire an existing business. The language barrier and other cultural differences can be a problem in Spain though, and it is key that a thorough search and financial due diligence is carried out to ensure that the correct decision is made.
